​The Program Team supports efforts to enhance and expand programmatic of​ferings within our residential facilities. We assist with coordination across internal and external partners, while also working toward supporting facility staff in leading programming independently. At the heart of our work, we know that building a culture where quality programming is valued produces better results for both youth and staff.

The team is here to support a facility-based programmatic infrastructure, while assisting with the development of a robust array of programming, including recreational activities, after school & weekend programming, and scheduled off-site outings. We believe it is critical to consult yout and staff to better understand the current experience, while generating preferences and ideas for the future.

In addition to coordinating volunteers, interns, and other key external program partners, we operate several programs that span the residential landscape.
